Refund policy

RETURN 

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return the items that do not suit you. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please send an email to contact@lessagas.com with a picture and your address. Les Sagas will send you a return label for Bpost and take on the shipping costs.

Items must be returned to us in the same condition as when received, with their original tags, unused, unworn and unwashed. Otherwise, we will unfortunately be obliged to refuse your return and will therefore not be able to refund it.

Stick the shipping label on your parcel or go to your post office to post your package and send it to us at:

REFUND

Upon receipt of your return package in our logistics warehouse, your will receive the refund of the items within 10 to 15 days. Each item is refunded via the payment method used for the order.

You can also request a an exchange, only return shipping will be at your own charge.
